Hey, i believe that in every forum should be a topic, where everyone can say few words about himself. So...let's start one here:)
My name's Mariusz, and i'm from polish Olsztynek, so i hope you're aware, that im one of the hosts of the program.
Im 21 years old, and quite a geek one could say - im pretty much into everything conncected to fantasy - books, video games, rpgs, film and so on. From my interest in fantasy born my interest to knighthood, so i joined local Brotherhood - when someone tries a little bit swordfighting, he really reacts diffrently playing systems like DnD:)
Back to the topic.. Im also pretty much into, anime and whole that otaku thing:P so my room is filled with dvd's full of anime, and walls of poster with manga, and game characters (i haven't added new ones for 2 or 3 years, though.... For many years i was also a big fan of sony consoles, but lack of time don't allow me to play that much anymore:/
It would be also nice to say a little about music intrest, aye?
I'm big fan o Mike Oldfield, and Jethro Tull - these two created my feeling to the music. So i listen to Instrumental music (Vangelis, Kitaro, Jarre), Classic Rock (Genesis, Deep Purple, Led Zeppelin, Rush, Pink Floyd), Gothic Metal (Nightwish, Ayreon, Therion) and many folk/medieval music (i believe that Blackmore's Night, or Loreena McKennit can be mentioned here)
Besides all these geeky intrests, i'm forester:) Im studying Forestry at Warsaw Agricultural University (end of second year). I really love learning about ecology of the forest, how it works, how it must be taken care of.....It doesn't really goes along with all the things I do for fun, but i really like the way things are^_^
Im not sure, what else i can write here - i believe that's all - write about yourself, aye?^_^

i enjoy reading about it as well as science fiction, some books like "solaris" and other books od stanislaw lem fascinate me, as well as some readings of Stephen Lawhead and Tolkien.
). I love languages that's why Im going to learn a little bit from yourselves. As a matter of fact I know how to say "cheers" in about 17 languages
