There is one important thing. I cannot take out money from the account the money will be sent on. We are behind umbrella-organization and they told us that we can't have money in cash. That is why we will have to do all money-based things by using transfers. The same with you. The travel money will be, of course, given back to you but by transfer to your organization (remember that it cannot be private account).
